ADOPTION OF DIVIDENDS (By Tolograpli.—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Wednesday The annual meeting of shareholders of Wright, Stephenson and Company, Limited, was held to-day. It was decided to adopt the directors’ recommendation that a final dividend of 2£ per cent, making 4 per cent for the year, be paid on ordin-
ary shares, and that the fixed payment at the rate of 4A per cent per annum be made to preference shareholders.
