DR. WILLIAM MALONEY AUSTRALIAN POLITICIAN (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Aug. 29, 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Aug. 29 The death has occurred of Dr. 'william Maloney, the oldest member of the Federal Parliament, aged 86 years. He was first elected to the Federal Parliament in 1903, and has held his seat continuously ever since. In March of last year he completed 50 years as a member of Parliament. He first entered the Victorian Parliament in 1839.
