LADY DUIGAN DEAD

WIFE OF DEFENCE CHIEF (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WANGANUI, Friday Lady Norah Duigan, wife of Major-General Sir John E. Duigan, Chief of the General Staff, died in Wanagnui to-day. Lady Duigan had been an invalid for several years. She leaves three sons, Captain J. Duigan, abroad on active service. Lieutenant C. Duigan, Auckland, and Pilot-Officer Bryan Duigan, who is in England in the Royal Air Force. Three sisters are Mrs lan Tedditch (Wanganui), Mrs A. E. Forest (Auckland) and Mrs G. Pinchbeck (Gloucestershire).
