HITLER'S CONGRATULATIONS MESSAGE TO MUSSOLINI (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, August 20 Hitler has sent the following telegram to Mussolini: “ I and the German people most heartily congratulate you and your army on the great victory in East Africa.” The Berlin correspondent of the Basle newspaper Nachrichten states that Hitler has left Berlin for general headquarters of the German army.
