DRY CANTEENS
TERRITORIAL CAMPS AGE AS STRONG FACTOR (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Tuesday An announcement that the Government had decided that there were to be no wet canteens in territorial camps was made by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, tonight. Mr Fraser said the question had been looked at from every point of view. The fact that so many younger men would be in territorial camps had weighed strongly with the Government.
