HAPPY DANCE
LOYAL HAMILTON LODGE A gay spirit prevailed when the Loyal Hamilton Lodge, Manchester I Unity Oddfellows, recently hed their | monthly dance. Snow-balls, stream- | ers, and novelty dances caused much i amusement and added greatly to the j success of the evening. Excellent j music was supplied by Lex James ! and his Nite Lites and an extra was j given by Mr S. Burgess and Mr C. j Champness. Mr R. Johnston acted as I master of ceremonies. Novelty dances I were won by Miss F. M. Davis and Mr T. Lecky, and Miss Myrtle Har- ! vey and Mr K. Martin. Among those present were:—Mesdames S. Burgess wearing cherry red souple satin; R. Bateson, blue satin striped georgette; May Warran, blue and gold shot taffeta; M. Cole, briar rose taffeta; K. McMahon (Ngaruawahia), green taffeta; M. Richards (Cambridge), green flowered ninon; E. Harvey (Kaipaki), flame taffeta: Frances Cole, blue taffeta and lace; A. Radford, black velvet; L.
