THIRD TARTY FORMED I CONFERENCE IN SYDNEY OFFICIAL BODY RECONSTITUTED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgnt) SYDNEY, August 18 A conference of 250 delegates convened by the suspended State executive of the Australian Labour Party yesterday formed a third Labour Party in New South Wales. It will be known as the “A.L.P., State of New South Wales.” Simultaneously, the Federal executive of the Australian Labour Party reconstituted the official State Labour Party, absorbing some of the original members of the State executive. who agreed to recognise the authority of the Federal body. The Lang group constitutes the third Labour faction in this State.
