Copyright) (Received August 19, 11.40 a.m.) BERLIN, August 18 The Foreign Office spokesman emphasised that the total blockade of England would not apply to Eire, for which Germany would make special beneficial arrangements. Germany is awaiting suggestions from Eire, which may supply information daily concernihg its harbours and the movements of its ships.
