BODY DUG FROM DEBRIS POLICEMAN’S TRAGIC FIND (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 18 A war reserve policeman in the south-west of London saw an arm sticking out cf a pile of debris 'in an alleyway, and on digging the body out he found it was that of his own 13-year-old son. The boy would have reached shelter in three seconds.
