WATERS OF ENGLISH CHANNEL WARNING BY ADMIRALTY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, August 18 The Admiralty announces that the waters of the English Channel are dangerous for shipping eastward from a line from Bishop Rock, southwest of the Scilly Isles, to Chaussee de Sein, off the French coast south of Ushant, in latitude 48.3 N., longtitude 5.5 W., and also the waters of the Bay of Biscay eastward from a line from Chaussee de Sein to Lescocoa light, west of Santander. Spain, in latitude 43.23 N., longitude 4.41 W. Ships washing to proceed up the Channel must obtain routing instructions from the Navy, or, if abroad, from a British Consul.
