The items were as follows: —Character songs, Master Arthur Downs; one-act play, Mrs C. Garrick, Miss G. Philpott, and Miss Louie Strevens; songs, Mrs A. Fitzwilliam (Paeroa); elocutionary items, Miss Nancy Guinness (Tauranga); one-act play, Misses Evelyn Howard, Vera Nola x Wyn Nola, Elizabeth Strevens and Mrs T. Brodie; selections by the Catholic Women’s League Choir; one-act play, Mesdames H. Goonan, A. Buckley, and W. Glynn; pianoforte duets, Mrs A. Murdoch and Mrs Fitzwilliams. The producer of the plays was Mrs J. Bain.
