FLIGHT OVER SWITZERLAND (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 15 A Swiss Army communique, issued from Berne, says 30 foreign aeroplanes flew over Swiss territory shortly before midnight, crossed the Jura district between Geneva and Porrcntruy, and took a southerly c urse, presumably for northern incu.niat centres in Italy. A second alarm occurred when the aeroplanes returned.
