STRIKES BANNED
NORTHERN IRELAND MOVE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 9 Ulster has banned strikes and lock-outs.
It is establishing a three-man arbitration tribunal for the settlement of disputes, including representatives of the employers and workers, for the duration of the war.
