ENJOYABLE DANCE

A most enjoyable dance was held in the Rotary Club Rooms, recently, when Mr and Mrs V. Towers entertained a number of young people. During the evening a delicious buffet supper was served. The monte ci| lo v/as won by Miss Oreti Morgan and Mr Ross St. Claire, and the statue waltz was won by Miss Dorothy Davey and Mr Stewart Lambie. The hostess was wearing a gown of black georgette with a gold corsage spray. Among those present were:— Misses Rita Bruce, Lillian Young, Lorna Duncan, Maureen Hare, Irene MacMahon, Rachel Lees, Mavis Walters, Nancy Lee, Isobel Fiske, Sylvia Duff, Oreti Morgan, Phylis Usher, Dorothy Davey, Helga Vernall, Bernice Choat, Jessie Jagger.
