The solo parts were taken by Anita Proctor and Alfred Walmsley. of Dunedin. Famous London Orchestra Saved Jack Hylton, the swing band leader, has saved the London Philharmonic Orchestra from being dis~ banded. He arranged, by cable, twice daily fixtures for a tour of the George Black variety theatres, beginning at Glasgow on August 11.
