CLAY BIRD SHOOT

OHAUPO CHAMPIONSHIP VICTORY FOR E. BOGUN Competition was very keen for the Kia Ora Gun Club’s championship at Ohaupo. Four shooters, E. Bogun, T. Henry, W. Brinkworth and B. Livingstone, were still in when the final round was commenced. E. Bogun won the title on the 20th bird, T. Henry being runner-up. The following were results of other matches:— Six-bird Eye Opener: D. Henry and E. Duncan shot the possible. Six-bird Sweepstake: W. Brinkworth shot the possible. Second Sweepstake: W. Brinkworth, T. Henry and R. Tarr shot the possible. Walk-up Shoot, six birds: E. Bogun shot the possible. Box Shoot, 28 yards: W. Brinkworth shot the possible. Second Box Shoot: W. Brinkworth and E. Bogun shot the possible.
