The Centennial Plunket House was opened in Ngaruawahia on Saturday afternoon, in the presence of a iarge assembly. As well as being a very suitable Centennial memorial, the building will fill a long-standing need. TAUPIRI Miss Francis is staying with Mrs G. Horward. Miss F. Ralph, Taumarunui, is staying with her sister, Mrs R. Horward. • * • • Mrs J. D. Bruce has returned from a visit to Helensville and Auckland. Mrs W. McDonald, Broadwood, Hokianga, is visiting her sister, Mrs A. F. Buss. Mrs N. Wilson has left Taupiri to reside in Cambridge.
