George Cukor, who directed Katharine Hepburn in “Little Women,” will direct her again in “Philadelphia Story.” Rosalind Russell and Robert Young are to be co-starred in “Mr Co-Ed,” a comedy about a man who enters a girls’ school and gets away with it. “They Drive by Night” marks the official promotion to stardom of Ann Sheridan. Her name will be billed above that of George Raft.
