“MAJOR BARBARA”
FILM OF SHAW PLAY WENDY HILLER AGAIN There are a variety of pictures on the floor or in the cutting room in England. Gabriel Pascal has at last got through with Bernard Shaw’s “Major Barbara,” with Wendy Hiller and Robert Morley as the stars. Morley, known to film fans principally through his portrayal of Louis XVI in Norma Shearer’s “Marie Antoinette,” has recently completed his role in “You Will Remember,” in which he plays Leslie Stuart, the famous composer, who wrote “Lily of Laguna.” In the same film Dorothy Hyson appears as the young Ellaline Terris. Wendy Hiller is the girl who made a big success in Shaw’s “Pygmalion.”
