FISH LIVER OILS
INDUSTRY IN WELLINGTON (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Friday The establishment of a new industry in Wellington for the extraction of fish liver oils from the livers of fish caught in New Zealand waters was announced by the Minister of Marine, the Hon. D. G. McMillan, tonight. The Minister said that tests had shown that one gallon of New Zealand ling liver oil was equal to 15 gallons of cod liver oil I in vitamin A content, and five gal j lons in vitamin D. One gallon ot I
groper liver oil was equal to 30 gallons of cod liver oil in vitamin A content and 22 gallons in vitamin D.
