DECREASE FOR THE YEAR EXPORT AND IMPORT RETURNS (Omcial Wireless> RUGBY, Dec. 19 The Board of Trade returns regarding overseas trade for November show that imports were valued at £83,988,000, compared with £61,841,464 last month and £77,973,618 in November, 1938. The value of exports in November was £37,360,327, against £24,622,840 in October and £42,923,223 in November, 1938. Re-exports were £2,745,077, against £1,998,146 last month and £5,113,912 in November, 1938. In the first 11 months of the year the total value of imports was £800,995,632, representing a decrease of £46,086,401 on the corresponding period of 1938. Exports in the same period totalled £398,686,810, a decrease of £33,313,768.
