FEDERATION OF NATIONS PROPOSAL FROM YUGOSLAVIA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) BUDAPEST, Dec. 19 The Deputy-Prime Minister of Yugoslavia, M. Matchek, in an interview with a Hungarian newspaper, announced plans for a Central European federation of nations. He said: "The group should limit itself chiefly to agricultural production. Industry should produce for home consumption so as to avoid industrial competition with the great Powers."
