SEVERE IMPACT
MOTOR-CYCLIST HURT FRACTURE OF LEG AND NOSE In a collision at the comer of Anglesea and Clarence Streets, Hamilton, shortly before 8 o’clock this morning, in which the impact between a motor-car and a motorcycle was severe, Mr Frederick William Musson, aged 43, a single man, of Manning Street, received a fractured leg and a fracture of the nose when thrown from his motor-cycle. The motor-car was driven by the Rev. V. A. Bianchi, vicar of St. George’s Church, Frankton. The motor-cycle was carried some distance as a result of the collision. Mr Musson, who is a printer employed by the Waikato Times, was attended by Mr S. W. Tallis, who is employed at the Courthouse opposite the scene of the collision. He applied splints to the injured leg, and later the St. John ambulance conveyed the injured man to the Waikato Hospital. Mr Musson also received fairly extensive cuts about the face. After Mr Musson had been examined at the hospital his condition was reported to be not serious. His parents live in Hastings.
