Christmas Lamb Trade There was a very keen inquiry for about 300 lambs offered at the Frankton stock sale yesterday for the Waikato Christmas market. Yesterday’s sale was the chief one at which butchers could secure their lambs for Christmas. Bidding was brisk throughout and the 300 lambs were all disposed of at prices in excess of the scheduled rates.
