POSTAL ARRANGEMENTS ' CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR Holiday postal services will be provided by the Post and Telegraph Department in Hamilton during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Next Saturday an afternoon delivery of mail will be made in addition to the usual morning delivery. On Sunday a letter mail for despatch by the limited express will close at 8.30 p.m. A close holiday will be observed at the Post Office and the Money Order and Savings Bank on Christmas Day, Monday. The telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. A letter mail only, for despatch by the limited express, will close at 8.30 p.m. Next Tuesday the Post Office and Money Order Office will again ob ■ serve close holidays, although the telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. until noon and from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Mails for despatch will close at 8 a.i^ On Sunday, December 31, the arrangements will be the same as for the previous Sunday. The New Year’s Day office hours will be similar to those for Christmas Day, with the exception that mails for despatch will close at 8 a.m. On Tuesday, January 2, business will resume normal routine. The telephone exchange will be open continuously throughout the holiday period
