MORRINSVILLE
AMATEUR ATHLETICS MEETING OF COMMITTEE A meeting of the committee of the Morrinsville Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club was presided over by Mr D. R. F. Campbell. The Waikato sub-centre delegates, Messrs Hart and_Campbell, said that owing to an alteration m the dates for championship meetings, the Morrinsville club would be unable to have an open meeting locally on February 10. The committee decided to donate 10s 6d toward a fund being raised in Auckland by the Amateur Athletic Association for the establishment of the Lumley Sisters Memorial Shield for competition at the women's championship meetings.
