VERY LARGE ATTENDANCE SUITS AND COATS WORN Notwithstanding the rather unfavourable weather conditions the meeting of the Waipa Racing Club held on Saturday at Te Awamutu proved most successful. Tailored suits and patterned frocks worn with light woollen coats were the popular choice of the feminine patrons, navy blue as usual taking pride of place,, in the field of colours.
