Copyrlgnt) (Received Dec. 18, 3.55 p.m.) MONTEVIDEO, Dec. 17 One hundred and one minutes before the expiration of the Uruguayan internment deadline the Admiral Graf Spee steamed down the River Plate estuary, and when five miles off the shore was scuttled in the view of 20,000 people crowding vantage points on the harbour front. The first indication came from two terrific explosions, apparently originating in the ammunition stores. NEW YORK, Dec. 17 It is believed that there were no deaths aboard the Admiral Graf Spee. . All members of the crew were transferred to the Tacoma.
