Mrs H. M. Montgomerie, Hamilton, has left for a holiday at Mercury Bay.
Miss Z. Robins, Hamilton, is spending the vacation in Auckland.
Miss J. Milroy, of the Maori Nursing Division, Hamilton, is visiting Taranaki.
Miss Pat Bruning, of the Whitiora school staff, is spending the holidays at her home in Nelson.
Miss J. Adams, Hamilton, is spending the school holidays in the South Island.
Mrs I. Baxter, Hamilton, has left for a holiday at the Mount, Tauranga.
Miss A. Bowden, Hamilton, will spend the school vacation in the South Island.
Mrs A. Davison, of Auckland, who has been the guest of Mrs H. D. Curling, returns home tomorrow. Mrs H. D. Curling, of Hamilton, will spend Christmas and New Year at New Plymouth. Miss Eila Reston, Hamilton, is visiting Whangarei for the LuxfordMoreland wedding. Mrs H. Luxford is visiting Whangarei to attend the wedding of her son to Miss Olga Moreland, of Hamilton. * * * * Mrs J. F. Howser and her daughter-in-law, Mrs Frank Howser, are spending the week-end in Auckland for the Beecham-Stevens wedding. Mrs Joseph Crawford was a visitor to Auckland over the week-end for the Auckland presentation of “The Messiah.” * * * * Miss S. E. Satchell, headmistress of the Waikato Diocesan School for Girls, is spending Christmas in Christchurch. She will then make a motor tour through the North Island, including a trip to Lake Waikaremoana.
