Mrs I. Baxter, Hamilton, has left for a holiday at the Mount, Tauranga.

Howser and her daughter-in-law, Mrs Frank Howser, are spending the week-end in Auckland for the Beecham-Stevens wedding. Mrs Joseph Crawford was a visitor to Auckland over the week-end for the Auckland presentation of “The Messiah.” * * * * Miss S. E. Satchell, headmistress of the Waikato Diocesan School for Girls, is spending Christmas in Christchurch. She will then make a motor tour through the North Island, including a trip to Lake Waikaremoana.
