HANDICAP MARK DECLARED The Australian pacer Springfield Globe has been assessed by the Handicapping Committee of the New Zealand Trotting Association at 2.12, 2.45 and 4.28 for a mile, mile and a-quar-ter and two miles respectively. Springdale Globe is now handicapped on 36yds in the Auckland Trotting Cup, limit 4.31, and the St. Heliers Handicap* limit, 2.48,
