WIN FOR HIGH SCHOOL The annual cricket match between f the Hamilton High School and Rotorua High School teams was played at Rotorua this week. The Hamilton side gained a comfortable win on the first innings. Rotorua batted first : and was dismissed for 55 runs, Lockie (21) being the only double figure scorer. Murray took two wickets for three runs and Cliffe three for four. Hamilton High School’s first innings total was 178. Murray (61), Cliffe (19 not out), Marsh (19), Miskell (18), Branton (15) and Wheeler (14), being the principal scorers.
