REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FLOATING DEBT INCREASES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 12 The latest weekly Exchequer returns show that the total ordinary revenue amounts to £274,898,000, compared with £237,986.000 at the corresponding date last year. The total expenditure, less selfbalancing items, is £781,789,472, compared with £695,132,858 a year ago. The floating debt outstanding on December 9 was £1,472.975.000, a net increase of £552,665,000 since the beginning of the financial year.
