NEED FOR COLONIES DEMAND FOR FREEDOM “A VERY BLOODY WAR” (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright; (Received Dec. 13, 3.15 p.m.) ROME, Dec. 12 Signor Gayda, broadcasting, declared that a revision of the colonial system is essential to the new Europe. Italy, with a rising birthrate, has a particular colonial claim against Franee, whose birth-rate is falling.
