Copyria-ht) MONTREAL, Dec. 11 Henry Armstrong retained his world’s welter-weight championship when he knocked out Jimmy Garrison, of Kansas City, in the seventh round of their contest at Cleveland. Throwing murderous punches, A 1 Hostaka, recognised in the United States as the world’s middle-weight boxing champion, knocked out Eric Seeling, ex-champion of Germany, in a match at Cleveland, after 81 seconds in the first round. Seeling earlier took the count of nine.
