FAREWELL AFTERNOON
FOR CAMBRIDGE RESIDENTS Before leaving to take up residence in Auckland, Mrs J. D. P. Morgan and her daughter, Miss Francis Morgan, were farewelled at an afternoon hostessed by Mrs H. P. Sharp, at her home at Cambridge. Mrs Sharp, on behalf of these present, presented the guests-of-honour with parting gifts. Competitions were won by Mrs James and Mrs Wiseman. In the lounge where the guests v/ere received attractive decorations in Iceland poppies, marigolds and stocks, had been arranged. Among those present were:—Mesdames J. Searle, Martin, James, Fell, R. Simpson, Hugh Proctor (Wellington), Kelly, Wiseman, and Miss Arnold.
