DOMAIN BOARD MEMBERB (Special to Times) WHAT A WHAT A, Monday. At a public meeting held in the Whatawliata Hall recently the following were elected to serve on the Whatawhata Domain Board Tor the ensuing- seven years: Messrs J. T. Kempthorne, J. R. iligginson, S. G. Russell, R. Calder, 11. T. Wills, G. H. Barton and A. I’. 11. Rowe. The following olTlcers were elected:— Chairman, .Mr J. T. Kempthorne; deputyrhairman, Mr J. R. Iligginson; secretarytreasurer, Mr S. G. Russell; emergency committee, the chairman, deputy-chairman and secretary-treasurer. Hall Committee Officer* At the Whatawhata Hall Committee’s annual meeting Mr J. R. Iligginson presided over a lair attendance. Owing to heavy expenses, the Balance-sheet showed a loss or £1 3s tod Tor the year, and it was resolved to hold a dance in rhe near future to raise funds. The secretary reported that the Athletic Club had made a donation or £2O towards painting the hall. The following committee was elected: Messrs J. T. Kempthorne, J. R. Iligginson, S. g. Russell. R. Calder, H. T. Wills. G. H. Barton, and A. I’. H. Rowe. The following oftlcers were elected:— Chairman, Mr J. R. Iligginson; deputycliairman, Mr It. T. Wills; secretarytreasurer, Mr S. G.
