WARTIME ESPIONAGE

Copyright) (Received Nov. 7, 3.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 The Government is applying the Wartime Espionage Act to the civilian aeronautical industry. The War and Navy Departments are waiving the regulations forbidding sales of new models until 18 months after their development.
