Copyright) (Received Nov. 4, 3.15 p.m.) HELSINKI, Nov. 3 It is reported from Tallinn that 10.000 Germans have left Estonia for the Reich. Most of the children have gone, and 81 German schools have been closed. The Germans who remain include fifteen convicts, who appealed for pardon in order to go to the Reich.
