HITLER’S WAR PROGRAMME

THE DESTRUCTION OF FRANCE ' REPLACE POPULATION WITH NAZIS GERMANISING THE WHOLE OF EUROPE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Nov. 1, 11 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 31 Mr H. R- Knickerbocker, United States journalist, in an article in the Petit Parisien, declares that Hitler’s war programme includes the destruction of France and the settling of Germans therein, as part of a vast scheme for Germanising the whole of Europe at the expense of the millions of people settled there.

The German plan is to send the existing French population partly to the French and Belgian Congo, thus enabling 20,000,000 to 30,000,000 Germans to settle in France.
