KNIFE WOUND IN THROAT ARREST OF A SAMOAN (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) APIA, Oct. 30 Inquiries by the police into the death of a native named Foupa, aged 55, of Niue Island, have resulted in the arrest of a Samoan, Tuiva, on a charge of murder. The body of Foupa was found on Saturday, October 21, where he had been working a taro patch on the Siumu Road, beyond Vailima. When Foupa failed to return to his home his relatives made a search and his body was found with a deep knife wound in the throat.
