PUTARURU YARDING The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company Limited report at their Putaruru stock sale yesterday a medium yarding of fat and store cows, which met ready competition, stores showing no alteration on late rates. Yearling Jersey heifers were in firm demand, a full entry of bulls sold well, while a few pens of dairy cattle remained at late rates. There was a heavy yarding of fat pigs with bidding brisk, values remaining firm. Stores and weaners were penned in exceptionally large numbers, and here again competition was keen at prices fully up to late rates.
