MORE SHIPS SUNK
3 NORWEGIAN FREIGHTERS MINED OR TORPEDOED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 30, 3.15 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, Sept. 29 Three Norwegian freighters, the Taksaas, the Jem and the Salaas, have been sunk. All the crews were rescued. The Taksaas was carrying wood, the Jem was loaded with wood pulp for England, and the Salaas was carrying timber for Antwerp. The last-named was mined. The Taksaas and the Jem were torpedoed.
