FATAL EXPLOSION

ENGLISH MUNITIONS FACTORY 15 DEAD, FOUR INJURED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 29, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28 The Ministry of Supply announced that an explosion occurred this afternoon in one of the northern explosive factories. It is believed fifteen people are dead and four were injured. It is stated that the material damage will not seriously interfere with production.
