PRESIDENT OF POLAND
DEPARTURE FOR PARIS PLANS FOR NEW MINISTRY (United Press Assn Elec. Tel. Copyrigbt) LONDON, Sept. 27 The Rumanian Government has permitted the President of Poland, M. Moscicki, to go to Paris, where the formation of a new Polish Ministry is mooted, according to a cablegram from Brussels. Polish sources in Bucharest report that the Rumanian Government has seized 14 lorries and motor-cars carrying £25,000,000, which is about half of Poland’s gold reserve.
