TOO MANY LAWSUITS LITIGATION WITH PARENTS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26 The boy film actor Freddie Bartholomew has asked for an injunction to prevent further lawsuits being brought against him by his parents and sisters. He says that already he is sending 19,600 dollars a year to them, and he owes his attorneys 50,000 dollars.
An average of one lawsuit every fortnight has been filed against him since 1935, when he came to Hollywood.
