Copyright) LONDON, Sept 27 General anxiety is mounting in Estonia regarding relations with Russia, as the result of alarming rumours of an impending Russian “ diplomatic offensive ’’ in the Baltic region, says a message from Tallinn. General Johan Laidoner, com-mander-in-chief of the Estonian Army, which he organised and led lo victory in the War of Independence against the Bolsheviks, said, in a broadcast: " Estonia has done everything to keep out of the conflict, but if she is attacked she will defend herself as valiantly and as unitedly aa she did 20 years ago.”
