SUBMARINE SIGHTED
OFF THE AMERICAN COAST SEEN BY OIL FREIGHTER (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 27, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 26 The oil freighter Japan Arrow radioed that she sighted a submarine off Ocean City, Maryland. Later the submarine submerged and disappeared.
