The committee of the Senate which is investigating un-American activities, is seeking an indictment alleging perjury against Fritz Kuhn, leader of the Germ an-American Bund, and the publisher, Gerhardt Seger, a former member of the Reichstag. Evidence has been obtained that Kuhn had a criminal record in Germany and that he was aided to Mexico by the families of Jewish friends whom he had robbed.
