NEW YORK CELEBRATION TRIBUTE TO NEW ZEALAND WORLD’S FAIR FESTIVAL (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, Sept. 25 Sixty thousand visitors to the World’s Fair joined with New Zealand residents in the celebration of Domin''on Day. Units of the United States Army, Navy and Marines paraded and the official party called on the Mayor, Mr F. H. La Guardia, and the Federal and Fair officials.

The official party comprised the New Zealand Commissioner, Mr R. M. Firth, and Mrs Firth, Mr R. Johnston, president of the newlyformed New Zealand Society of New York, Sir Charles and Lady Norwood, of Wellington, and the British Consul-General, Mr Godfrey Haggard. At a reception in the New Zealand pavilion Miss Bathie Stuart danced a Maori dance. On behalf of the World’s Fair, Mr J. C. Holmes forecast an increase in tourists to New Zealand as a result of the Fair publicity and cutting-off of Americans from Europe. LUNCHEON IN SYDNEY WELL- ATTENDED FUNCTION EXPERIENCES IN GERMANY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, Sept. 26 Dominion Day was celebrated by New Zealand residents in Sydney today at a well-attended luncheon, at which the Government Commissioner, Mr W. Taylor, presided. The guest of honour was the New South Wales Minister of Health, Mr A. Fitzsimons, who spoke on his experiences during his recent visit to Germany. A ball held in the evening was also successful.
