DRIVE FOR REPEAL
MR ROOSEVELT IN COMMAND NEW LEGISLATION DRAFTED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 25, 3.15 p.m.) HYDE PARK, Sept. 24 President Roosevelt announced that he is returning to Washington to-morrow to assume personal command of the drive to repeal the Arms Embargo Bill, in connection with which the Foreign Relations Committee of the Senate is drafting legislation.
